We love getting emails! But too much of anything can be a problem.
Please consider that we’re a two person team so every email we get slows down development just a little bit– and we get a lot of emails. We try to respond to as many people as we can, but if we don’t, please don’t take it personally.
So to try to keep us on track, here’s a few things you could do to help:
If you’ve got a question for us, check out our FAQ before reaching out, as your question could be answered there. If it’s a question about release date, price, press copies, or platforms, we won’t be able to give you any more information than what the FAQ has.
Interviews take up a lot of time and we usually can’t do them. If your audience is over 50k and you’re okay with an email interview, do reach out, though! We can also help you get whatever additional assets you might need from us for your coverage.
If you’d like to be on our presslist, just send a quick email asking to join our presslist with links to your outlet/channel/Twitter or whatever might be pertinent.
We likely won’t be able to help you out with a school assignment or questions about the industry or how you can get started in games, sorry! Maybe after Ooblets is released!
Please try to keep your emails short and to the point.
Send all emails to our secretary/game designer Ben at email@example.com
Try your hardest to not be creepy or mean, as we are known to cry easily.
